I am very happy with the service that I received
from your company. I recently ordered a pair of Converse
composite toe work boots. Your web site said that it delivered
between 4 to 8 business days. So when I came up on the 14 day
and still did not have my boots, I called your 800 number. Since
I live on the west coast,, and I did this when I arrived home
from work that day, it was after your normal hours, so I got
your answering service. I must confess that I did not believe
that you would call me back, and I was sure that my boots were
either lost, or because of the size of my feet (15) they were on
a backorder and would be in at a much later date
The next day while I was at work, my wife
received a phone call from one of your reps, and he gave her the
UPS tracking number and person's name who signed for the boots.
He was very helpful, and with that information we were able to
find out that the UPS driver had dropped them off at the
apartment complex office, and if he did leave a note on our
door, it was blown away. Either way, my wife was able to get the
boots from the office, and I am wearing them as I write this.
